The steel Wire Thread Insert is a kind of threaded intermediate connector based on the basic thread profile structure and made of high-strength diamond steel wire. Its shape is like a spring. The outer thread formed on the outer surface of the screw sleeve is closely attached to the inner thread of the bottom hole by the radial elastic force of the screw sleeve.

Free Running Tangless Insert is widely used in aerospace components, locomotive, high-voltage electrical appliances, automotive power, wind power, nuclear power, communication and electrical industries. Tangless Thread Insert is used in aluminum, magnesium, copper alloy, plastic, plexiglass, plywood, steel, cast steel and cast iron to make it more tough and firm.
