Helicoil Free Running Insert Without Tang elements especially for installation without dowels. The new Helicoil tangfree inserts ensure less wear on screw-in spindles than its tangless predecessor. The Helicoil Tangless Thread Insert make strong and wear-resistant threads in all kinds of materials, even in soft materials such as plastic and aluminum. The inserts are also suitable for repairing screw threads.

The wire elements are identical on both sides. This makes for a quick and easy installation. Because the HeliCoil tangfree does not have a screw-in lip, it is not necessary to break it off. The Tangled Wire Thread Insert is extremely strong, wear and corrosion resistant and thermally resilient.
